Salaries are based on the job descriptions. There are three pay scales that could apply. There are WG (Wage Grade), GS (General Schedule) and National Security Personnel System (NSPS) employees. Please note that pay is adjusted geographically and the majority of jobs pay a higher salary. Locality payments in the continental U.S. range from 8.64% to 19.04% . Pay rates outside the continental U.S. are 10% to 25% higher. Also, certain hard-to-fill jobs, usually in the scientific, technical, and medical fields, may have higher starting salaries. Vacation Time (Annual Leave)
We offer excellent vacation benefits. Years of Service Leave Earned Per Year:0-3 yrs = 13 days
3-15 yrs = 20 days
15+ yrs = 26 days
Sick Leave
Our employees earn 13 working days of sick leave per year. Unused sick leave can be carried over to the next year.Paid Holidays
