Job Description

Equipment Specialists serve as technical experts on complex and sophisticated systems/equipment to support the overhaul and repair process. The work requires an intensive, practical knowledge of equipment and its characteristics and properties in order to provide specialized information about equipment together with related advice to those who design, test, produce, procure, supply, operate, repair, or dispose of equipment. Equipment Specialists also recommend practical solutions to engineering design and manufacturing defects and recommends the use of substitute testing or support equipment when the equipment requested is unavailable.
