Because many of the OC-ALC employees will be eligible to retire in the next five years, hiring and retaining a talented, skilled workforce is a high priority. The purpose of this Web site is to let you know of all the opportunities that Tinker has to offer you and your family. You can navigate your way around this site by choosing where you would like to go from the Site Menu located at the top of each page. We hope you enjoy your stay at the OC-ALC Education Training Partnership (ETP) Web site.
